Registration:

• REGISTRATION FEE:

1. ONLINE EVENT  ONLY:

• EARLY BIRD:   RS.150/-  per participant ( closes on 01/02/2026, Sunday 5.00 p.m. )

• LATE REGISTRATION:   RS.200/-  per participant ( closes on 08/02/2026 , Sunday 5.00 p.m. )

2. BOTH ONLINE AND OFFLINE EVENTS:

• EARLY BIRD :   RS.200/-  per participant ( closes on 01/02/2026,Sunday 5.00 p.m. )

• LATE REGISTRATION:   Rs.250/- per participant ( closes on 08/02/2026 , Sunday 5.00 p.m. )

FIRST TEN REGISTERED TEAMS WILL GET EXTRA CREDITS IN OVERALL EVALUATION!!!

• A candidate can participate in any number of events. However, he/she cannot participate in more than one team.

• Participating in parallel events will not be entertained.

• There is no restriction in number of teams per college.

• Registration at the event day is not allowed.

• The participants can make their registration and payment only through online.

• Registration will be confirmed only after the completion of payment.

• In the registration form, choose your institution name from the drop down box. If it is unavailable choose ‘others’ option and fill up your institution details.

• In the registration form, fill out the name, valid mail ID and contact number carefully.

• All sorts of communication will be made through the registered contact details only.

• Participants are requested to check your mail ( also spam ) and official website of APEIRON regularly on

www.apeironbdu.in for further updates regarding the events.

• Slots for all the events are limited. So, registration will be made on  FIRST COME, FIRST SERVE.

Regarding Payment:

• Payment should be done through UPI only.( Details are available in Registration and Payment page )

• Teams are encouraged to make their registration fee as a single payment at the time of registration.

• Share the payment details in the registration form. The payment details MUST include the UPI transaction

reference number, a screenshot of the payment in which transaction reference number should be visible.

• Registration will be confirmed only after the completion of payment.

• The teams who have submitted Registration form without payment details are requested to contact the following numbers for confirmation of registration and payment.

• In any case, the registration fee will not be refunded.

Awards and Certificates:

• Rolling trophies will be awarded for the winners and runners  based on the total scores.

• The overall winners (1st Place) of Apeiron - 2026 will get free tickets for BLACK THUNDER water theme park.

• There will be special prizes for winners of all the events.
