2. The event is based on preparing an appealing poster expressing the given physics concept.

3. The poster must be A4 sized with the dimension 21cm ( width ) × 29.7cm ( height ).

5. Received posters will be shortlisted. The shortlisted candidates will be called for presentation via google meet (which will be informed through gmail)

6. ANIMATIONS, GRAPHICS AND FREEHAND DRAWINGS ARE ALLOWED.

2.  This event will evaluate the writing, verse figurative and language aesthetic skills of the participants.

3. A topic will be given on the spot. The participants should write a poem for the given topic.

4. The poem should not exceed 10 lines.

5. The participants can write the verse either in Tamil or English in an A4 size paper.

6. Participants should submit their poems through the google form  - within 30 minutes in pdf format during the course of the event.

3. This event showcases the innovative teaching skills, creative ideas on presenting, knowledge on ICT tools and content creation strategy of participants.

4. TOPIC : PHYSICS OF MUSIC

Medium of presentation : ENGLISH only

5. The participants should prepare a video on the given topic within a stipulated time (5 minutes) and the maximum video quality is up to 720p.

6. Participants can use blackboard/ any other video editing skills to present in their ideas.( Please make a note: Power Point is not allowed ).

7.Participants have to submit their Video file ( ‘.mp4’ format only )  through Google Forms before the last date of submission 31-01-2025.

Instructions:

1. Only PG students can participate. One participant per team.

2. This event exposes the presentation skill of the participant.

3. The Nobel winning TOPIC is given below:

MACHINE LEARNING: FUSING PHYSICS WITH COMPUTATION
Medium of presentation: ENGLISH only

4. There will be two rounds, basic and advance.

5. In the basic round the participant has to make a brief description on their presentation for 2 - 3 minutes. The shortlisted participants will be allowed to make a detailed presentation in the advance round for 5 - 7 minutes followed by interaction with judges on their presentation.

6. The schedule and link to participate in the event will be provided to the registered participant through email.

7.Participants have to submit their PowerPoint (PPT) file (English only) before [31-01-2025 , 5.00 PM] through Google Forms via  the below link.

Note: Marks will be awarded based on presentation skills, content quality, and the number of slides (minimum of 10 slides).
